Salmon Marinade


Fillets of salmon
Equal parts lemon juice and soy sauce
1/3 less equal part olive oil
Onion sliced in rings

 

 

Directions


Combine all ingredients, and place in a large zip lock bag. Marinate with the skin side up over night. Make enough marinade to cover the fillets. Grill with foil underneath so that the fish doesn’t dry out. Heat extra marinade to pour over cooked fish.
