A 2 night minimum stay is required. Summer rates (May through October) are $425 per night for 2-5 nights, or $375 per night for 6 nights or longer. $2625./week, Winter rates (November to April) are $375 per night for 2-5 nights, or $325 per night for 6 nights or longer. $2275./week. A $100 cleaning fee is charged per stay. The house has 4 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. Rate is based on 8 people or less. One or two additional guests may be added at an extra $20 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 total. No more than 30 people may occupy the house and grounds at one time. Children are welcome. No pets please. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Check-in is after 4:00 pm, check-out is by 11:00 am.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash are accepted. Reservations guaranteed with half payment. 14 day notice is required for a refund on cancellations, minus a $25 cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will receive a refund only for dates re-sold. No refunds for early departures. Rates also subject to Washington State tax of 10.6%. No tax on stays of 30 days or longer. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates on confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
