Built in 1997, Salmon Run House was brought by tug and barge from its original waterfront site on Bainbridge Island in June of 2002. The 4000 square foot house sits on 100 feet of waterfront and is surrounded by landscaped grounds, tall cedars, firs and maples. Inside, the main level has a granite entryway, a living room, entertainment room, dining area, a half bath and a complete kitchen with everything you'll need.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 with private baths and all with water views. One bedroom is in a private wing of the house with its own bath, wet bar, small fridge and private entrance. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with commanding views of the bay. Each bedroom has a queen bed, plush down comforter, cable TV and phone.

The main floor entertainment room offers cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. Comfortable leather sofas in the living room, and an elegant dining room setting are ideal for casual or formal gatherings. And new in 2007 downstairs is a full 7.1.1 home theater with overhead projector, 100" screen and large leather sofas.

From the kitchen's stainless steel Viking gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, to its dinnerware, cookware, oil and spices, everything is there to make you feel right at home. And the 1300 sq. ft. wraparound deck offers inspiring views of the bay and wooded shoreline.
